RETURN OF GOODS
The customer has the right within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product to complain about the purchased product or return the product if during the collection of goods he notices defects in the products or the delivered products are defective or he does not like the item delivered to him.
The customer will initiate the complaint process by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in which he will briefly explain the reasons for the complaint.
The reasons for the complaint are:
- the goods were not delivered according to the instructions in the order
- the delivered goods do not meet the standards
- damage to the product and during delivery of the product
- the item is not for him and he wants to return it.
Products are not subject to complaint in the following situations:
- minor deviations in color, shade or print
- ordering the wrong size or measure of the product
- damage to the packaging.
The customer is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition in which they were delivered to him and in the original packaging together with the invoice and the corresponding declaration on the product itself.
In the event of a justified complaint, the manufacturer will replace the item with a correct one or refund within 14 days. In order to ensure the security, accuracy and timeliness of refunds and to ensure records of payments, refunds to the customer are made exclusively by transfer to his transaction account. Cash refunds are not possible!
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSUMERS FROM THE CONTRACT
The customer has the right to request within 15 days of receipt of the goods (e-mail email@example.com) that he wants to withdraw from the contract, to return the goods without having to give a reason for his decision. The start date is calculated one day after the pick-up date.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the deviation from the contract is the cost of delivery (delivery) of goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 15 days after sending the cancelled contract notice (purchase). If the customer has already started using the product, removed the declarations and left visible traces of wear (creases, creases, dirt, stains …) then cancellation of the contract is not possible.
The customer is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition and in the packaging in which they were delivered to him and in the original packaging together with the invoice and the corresponding complaint on the product itself.
Refunds will be made as soon as the cancellation procedure is completed, no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal and receiving goods back to HamariUnique.
The customer may withdraw from the purchase by unequivocally submitting a statement giving rise to the customers intention to withdraw from the contract.

The return of goods does not go at the expense of the buyer but all costs of returning goods are paid by HamariUnique!
