We ship worldwide and accept payments from customers all over the world.
Possible methods of payment are:
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cash On Delivery – available to those with delivery address in Croatia
- Online one-time card payment – Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Card Club, Visa
- PayPal
Currency
All orders will be processed in the Croatian national currency – the Croatian kuna (HRK), VAT inclusive at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The only exception will be made when paying via PayPal. Orders will be then processed in EUR.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
Pricing and Payment
The price of the product (VAT included) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of product advised to you is correct.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
