How to measure yourself?
The best way is to wear minimal clothing and use a tape measure when measuring.
Chest circumference – measure around the widest part of your chest, keeping your hands down, to get the correct measurement.
Waist circumference – measure at the narrowest part of the waist, usually at the height of the navel, you need to relax the tape measure a little.
Hip circumference – gather your legs and measure at the widest part of your Hips, you need to relax the tape measure a little.
